1. All orders must be placed through the commission formI don't accept commissions through DMs, comments, or any other channel. The form is the only way to place a request, and submitting it means you've read and agreed to these terms.
2. Each opening has a limited number of slots, filled in order of confirmed payment. The current number of slots is always announced in my
Instagram stories and on the homepage.
3. All communication happens by
email. After you submit the form, I'll reply by
email with a price quote and any clarifying questions. All discussion of details, invoices, and progress updates happens through email. Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly so you don't miss anything.
4. Each request is reviewed individuallyI review every form before accepting it, to make sure the request fits my style, technique, and current schedule. Some requests may not be possible, in which case I'll let you know with the reason.
5. Price quote validityIf your request is accepted, I'll send you a price quote and an estimated production timeline by
email within 2 business days. The quote is valid for 5 days. If you don't respond within that window, the slot may be offered to someone else.
6. Discussing details before payment. Before I send the invoice, we'll go through all the details together: pose, packaging style, accessories, character description, quotes on the packaging, anything you want to clarify. This discussion happens within the 5-day quote validity window.
7. PaymentPayment is made through PayPal. Once we've agreed on the details, I'll send you an invoice. Payment is 100% upfront, and the invoice must be paid within 5 days. If it isn't paid in time, the slot is released and offered to someone else.
8. No partial payments or waitlist deposits. I only accept full payment when commission slots are open. I don't take partial payments, deposits, or pre-payments for future openings.
9. Production starts after paymentI begin work only after your payment has cleared. You'll be notified by email when production starts.
10. Production timeline. Production takes up to 5 weeks. I send progress updates roughly every 5 days during the process. Shipping time is not included in these 5 weeks.
11. Changes during the process. You can adjust details up until I begin working. Once production starts, the design is locked in and no further changes can be made. This is to protect the quality of the final pack.
12. Artistic style. All packs are made in my own artistic style. I take all your wishes into account during the briefing stage, but the final result is my interpretation, not a 1:1 copy of your reference. This is part of what makes each pack unique.
13. Figure size. Figure size is either 10 cm or 13 cm, as you choose. The exact final height may vary slightly (within 1 cm) due to the handmade process.
14. Packaging size. Packaging size depends on the contents and varies between approximately A5 and A3 format. Sample sizes are listed on the
[Prices & Info ↗] page.
15. Color and material variations. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from your references due to the limitations of clay, paint, and other materials. I always do my best to match the vibe and tone you're after.
16. Once finished, the pack cannot be modified. When the pack is sealed and ready to ship, no further changes can be made.
17. Shipping. Your pack ships worldwide with a tracking number through the postal service. Shipping cost is added to your final invoice and is calculated based on your country (usually $20-40). Delivery takes 1-2 weeks depending on the destination.
18. Customs fees and import taxes. Customs fees and import taxes are not included in the price of the pack and are paid by the recipient on delivery, if they apply. These vary by country, and I have no way to predict whether they'll appear.
19. Once shipped, the package is the responsibility of the postal service. Once the pack is shipped and the tracking number is sent to you, the responsibility passes to the postal service. I'm not liable for delays caused by the post or by customs.
20. Damaged in transit. If your pack arrives damaged from shipping, I'll repair or remake it at my own cost, including return shipping. To process a damage claim, I need an unboxing video filmed without cuts, starting from the sealed package, plus photos of the damage. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
21. Once opened, the warranty no longer applies. The pack is meant to stay sealed as a collectible. Once it's opened, I can't accept claims about anything that happens afterwards. If something breaks, I can offer a paid repair depending on the situation.
22. Wrong shipping address or undelivered packages. It's the recipient's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address, and to collect the package from the post office on time. If a package is returned because of a wrong address or because it wasn't picked up, the recipient covers the cost of re-shipping.
23. No refunds. There are no refunds on commissioned work, since each pack is custom-made just for you. The only exception is shipping damage, which I cover (see point 20).
