Hi! I'm Alena, the artist behind Scaly Lizard. This page explains what personal information I collect on this website, how I use it, and your rights regarding your data.
I keep things simple. I only collect what I need to communicate with you and fulfill your orders. I never sell your data, and I never share it with anyone outside what's strictly necessary to send you your pack.

What I collect. When you use my website, I may collect the following information:

• Through the Commission form: your name, email address, Instagram handle (if you provide one), shipping country, character description, and any reference links or details you share.
• Through the Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Through PayPal (during payment): your billing details, which are processed by PayPal directly. I only receive your name, email, and confirmation of payment. I never see or store your card details.
• Through shipping: your full shipping address, which I provide to the postal service to send your pack.

I do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics on my own pages. The platforms my website uses (Tilda, Web3Forms) may use technical cookies to make the site function properly.

How I use your informationI use your information only for these purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and discuss your commission
• To process your payment through PayPal
• To create and ship your pack
• To send progress updates during production
• To send you a notification if you ask to be alerted when commissions open

I never use your information to send marketing emails, unless you specifically ask to be on a notification list. I never share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

Where your data is stored. Your form submissions are sent to my email through Web3Forms. Once received, they live in my inbox. I keep them as long as needed for our communication and order history, then delete them when no longer needed.

Reference photos you share through Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing services stay on those platforms under their privacy terms. I view them but don't download or store them outside what's needed for the project.

Sharing your data. I share your data only when strictly necessary for fulfilling your order:

• PayPal for processing your payment
• The postal service for delivering your pack (your shipping address only)

That's it. I never sell, trade, or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights. You have the right to:

• Ask what data I have about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Ask me to correct or delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Children.
My products and website are intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you're under 16, please don't submit forms or share your information with me.

Changes to this policy. If I update this policy, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, I'll let active customers know by email.
